NDS enables the drivers to purchase motorway vignettes valid in 2027 already now. On the www.eznamka.sk website, drivers can purchase motorway vignettes valid in 2027 with a postponed validity start of 60 days. Therefore, NDS recommends the drivers to check the e-vignette edition and validity start date before making the purchase.
“Prices of motorway vignettes for 2027 will not change. However, we are continuously working on introducing benefits for the drivers, improving the availability and comfort when purchasing the vignette,” said Peter Braska, Member of the Board of Directors and Charging and IT Section Director at NDS.
NDS has taken over the system of e-vignette sales from the company Skytoll in 2024. Since then, NDS has introduced numerous upgrades benefitting the drivers: payment methods have been expanded to include online payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay; 1-day motorway vignette has been introduced and selected Slovak Post offices have started selling the electronic motorway vignettes.
NDS repeatedly reminds the drivers that a safe and convenient purchase without any additional costs can only be guaranteed using the official sales channels: the www.eznamka.sk website, the eZnamka mobile app or official sales points. When purchasing via resellers, drivers have to pay extra costs and also risk significant complications during the complaints process, while, furthermore, handing over their personal data to anonymous entities.
